Nice book and easy to read and follow

Nice book and easy to read and follow. Makes sense to walk and pray based on what you believe or think of an affirmation while you are walking. I got the book as Herbert Benson made reference to it in his book. When I jog or walk, I think a healing affirmation to my self. I believe this helps to elicit the relaxation response. It's a walking meditation. Yet, I am fully aware of when I cross the street or of where I am walking or jogging. It does work better it a park or hiking trails though.

This book just came in the mail today. I read the whole thing in 10 minutes because it's that quick and easy. It's great for someone looking to add their religious beliefs to their walking routine.
